Our monthly board meetings are held the 4th Thursday of each month (with the exception of November and December). Our annual board meeting is the 4th Thursday of October, with the regular board meeting immediately following.
The location of all meetings is 1701 North Highway 74, Crescent, OK 73028. Meeting times are 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated. Board meeting dates (2026) are as follows:
