Listed below you will find our current rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it to you (a $2.00/month capital improvement fee will be added in addition to the rates below). Payments are due on the 15th of each month. A 10% late fee will be added on the 16th and final notices will be mailed by end of business (12:00 pm) on the 16th. Outstanding balances will need to be paid, in full, by the 22nd of the month, or water service will be cut off. A reconnect fee of $100, plus any outstanding balance, will need to be paid to restore service (reconnect times may be up to 3 business days). Please allow sufficient time for payment to reach our office.
