Per District policy, water meters are the property of LOGAN COUNTY RURAL WATER DISTRICT #2. Water shut-offs are the responsibility of District personnel and will be done upon request. Any damage caused as a result of meter tampering will be subject to applicable fees.

Any damage caused by the owner (or someone working for the owner) is the responsibility of the owner.
